What you are buying

Every OrbitWise reading is produced for one named person from their own birth details. Emailed readings are written by Aster and personally reviewed before delivery; The Missing Minute is interactive and Drops are free experiences, with no human review implied. Readings are not transferable and are not resold. There are three kinds:

• OrbitWise Reports are the deeper readings sold on the pricing page. You pay, complete the intake your report needs, and it is delivered to your OrbitWise account and your inbox within the window shown on its product page.
• Aster Reads answer one question each. The Missing Minute is interactive and read in one sitting. The emailed Reads are prepared after you supply the birth details they need and sent to your email within the window shown before payment.
• Drops are free experiences and carry no charge.

Prices

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, resolved at the moment of purchase. Launch pricing ends when its published date passes.

Cancelling and refunds

For a Report, you can cancel before submitting your completed intake. After that your chart is prepared and the reading is written for you specifically, so it cannot be refunded or transferred. For an Aster Read, write to orders@orbitwise.ai about your order and we will sort it with you.

The Aster subscription

Available on its own. Bought on its own it begins with a one-time activation covering the calculation of your chart; that activation is included if you have already bought an OrbitWise Report, and is never charged twice. Two plans, Standard and Pro: Pro carries a larger monthly credit grant, a deeper read before every answer, and priority reading turnaround. Credits roll over while the subscription is active. Cancel at any time: access ends at the close of the period, your credit balance freezes, and it is forfeited 60 days after the cancellation takes effect unless you reactivate.

Synastry and the second person

One person buys and answers for both, attests to the other person’s consent at intake, and only the buyer receives the reading. The second person’s data is removed if they object.

Scope

Readings speak to timing and disposition. They are not medical, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace a professional. Where a professional is the right answer, we say so.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you provide; a reading is only as good as the chart it is cast from. We may decline or refund an order we cannot fulfil properly.
