This is a summary while the full terms are finalised. It describes current practice.

What you are buying

A report produced for one named person, and the option to subscribe to the personal astrologer that reads from it. Reports are not transferable and are not resold.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel before submitting your completed intake. After that your chart is prepared and the report is written for you specifically, so it cannot be refunded or transferred.

The subscription

Unlocked by the Executive Report and above (the Brief does not include the astrologer) and never sold on its own; qualifying reports include free weeks of it. Two plans, Standard and Pro: Pro carries a larger monthly credit grant, a deeper read before every answer, more proactive alerts and priority report turnaround. Credits roll over while the subscription is active. Cancel at any time: access ends at the close of the period, your credit balance freezes, and it is forfeited 60 days after the cancellation takes effect unless you reactivate.
