Privacy

This is a summary while the full policy is finalised. It describes current practice.

What we hold

• Your birth data, which is what the reading is computed from.
• Your intake answers and the reports produced for you.
• Your conversations with the astrologer, which is what lets it remember.
• Your email and billing records.

Why

To produce and deliver what you bought, and to let the astrologer answer from your own material rather than in general. Nothing is sold on, and one person’s material is never reachable from another person’s conversation.

How long

For as long as you want it. Cancelling a subscription pauses access and preserves what has been built, so resubscribing resumes it. Nothing is purged automatically.

Removal

Full export and full deletion are honoured on request. For a Synastry reading, the second person may object at any time, and their data is removed.
