Privacy

This policy describes what OrbitWise actually does with your information. The short version: we hold what is needed to cast and deliver your readings, we sell nothing about you to anyone, and you can have your account and personal material deleted by asking.

What we hold

• Your account: name, email address, and how you sign in (Google, or a code sent to your email).
• Your birth data: date, place and time, which is what every reading is computed from, along with where it came from and how precise it is.
• What you tell us for a reading: intake answers, the question a Read answers, and life events you enter for The Missing Minute.
• The readings produced for you, so you can keep them.
• Your conversations with Aster, which is what lets him remember you.
• Billing records. Payments are processed by Stripe; OrbitWise never sees or stores your card number.
• Basic product analytics: which pages were visited and which purchases completed, tied to a random browser identifier and, when you are signed in, to your account.

Why

To produce and deliver what you bought, and to let Aster answer from your own material rather than in general. Nothing is sold on, nothing is shared for advertising, and one person’s material is never reachable from another person’s conversation.

Where it goes

Three kinds of processor touch your data on our behalf: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and the AI models that help prepare your reading from your chart. Each receives only what its job needs. Your reading is never used to train anyone else’s model.

How long

For as long as you keep your account. Cancelling a subscription pauses access and preserves what has been built, so resubscribing resumes it. Nothing is purged automatically; deletion happens when you ask for it.

Your choices

• Deletion: ask and your account and personal material are removed. We keep a record of the request itself, including the email it came from, so we can show it was honoured.
• For a Synastry reading, the second person may object at any time and their data is removed.

OrbitWise uses browser storage to keep you signed in and a random identifier for the product analytics above. There is no third-party advertising tracking.
