Which reading should I choose?
Choose the Brief if you want OrbitWise to read you. Choose the Report if you have three questions. Choose Synastry if the question is about two people. Choose Definitive if you want the deepest whole-life reading.
What happens after I pay?
Your checkout email becomes your OrbitWise account and you land straight in whatever your reading needs next. The clock starts once that is complete: the Brief within 24 hours, the Report within 48, Synastry within 3 days and the Definitive within 5.
What if I do not know my exact birth time?
You can still begin. If your reading needs greater precision, OrbitWise can rectify your birth time for $19 before the parts that depend on it are finalised. It is also sold on its own, as The Missing Minute, the first Aster Read.
Can I use Aster without buying a reading?
Yes. You pay the one-time activation, which covers calculating your chart, then choose a monthly plan. If you have already bought any reading the activation is included, and the Report brings 7 days of Aster, Synastry 14 and the Definitive 30.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel any time before you submit your completed intake. After that your chart is prepared and the reading is written for you specifically, so it cannot be refunded or transferred. Synastry needs the second person’s consent, and only you receive it.
